Reply to:	AllCore Allcore just leaves me flapping in the wind when service goes down. Can't contact anybody by phone even though tech and billing is supposed to be open until 8:30 pm. Tried to fill out their contact form on website but it wouldn't let me. Constant messages on phone and website saying "we'd love to hear from you"...NOT!!!! No way to contact them. Was with BBS42 for almost 15 years which was sold to Allcore. With BBS42 our service went down once in all that time (turns out that was Bell's fault). Allcore is down at least once per quarter. Could deal with this if they'd just COMMUNICATE but they don't. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy let alone a friend... Allcore is terrible (and that is being kind)!
