Reply to:	AllCore I ordered a reseller hosting package on the 28th of April, 2019. It is now 29 May and my package is still "pending". I have attempted many times to call their billing department to no avail. Every time I wait on the line but after 25 minutes it cuts you off and tells you to call another time. I have done this 4 times. Then, when I call Tech Support, I keep getting the same guy, day or night, who always assures me it will get sorted. This company is very shady and I would advise you all to not purchase any services from them.
