Roger came over to connect Internet yesterday and the installer did a poor job. Wires were left loose and the cable box was not shut properly. Guy was in a hurry and just wanted to leave, Spent over an hour on the phone to see if someone else would come and fix the wires....no luck. Rogers you are awful and this is only day 1.
