Reply to:	MTS Our wi-fi hasn't been working properly for over a month now. We had a power outage, and the internet has been poor ever since. I suspect something in the router got fried. You have to sit right in front of the router to even get a signal. Called them at least a dozen times, and they have a new excuse every time. They refuse to replace the router, and don't seem to have any interest in fixing the issue. Instead they blame the devices in the house, and try to sell us expensive upgrades. Avoid at all costs!
