Reply to:	SunSonic I am a loyal customer with Sunsonic phone service. I was pleased with its service for over the past 5 years. Lately the service had been poor, like service interruptions, dropped calls, bad reception, etc. etc. Besides, I also subscribed to Sunsonic Long Distance package on an annual basis, and had a remarkable service again for over the past 5 years. Now, I had already subscribed for this year, but lately that service is out of order for a long time. I am waiting for their service to improve in another six month_s time before taking any action.
