Reply to:	Storm Internet Services Up-graded from DSL to cable , received equipment in time but the tech who set-up the modem took the wrong device, therefore copy the wrong MAC, modem would not launch through the Cable server, even the router had the wrong credential. I the past tech support have been good but this time someone drop the ball, and there is probably another user that will have hard time since he received my equipment.
