Reply to:	Execulink Telecom I've had Execulink Internet for 15+ years. About 4 years ago it started to slow down. I live in a 40-year-old subdivision. There is a copper cable that Execulink uses for the internet. My internet download speed & upload were fine for many years. About 5 years ago it started slowing down. I called Execulink.& the run around started. Finally one of the techs told me the real problem. The copper cable had a limit & as more customers hooked the less speed they got. I forget all the numbers now. The problem was solved when they told me I could get internet thru Rogers cable which I already had for TV. Haven't had a problem since. It was a pain getting my internet speed up but once resolved I haven't had a problem. I'm now switching to Fiber for internet, TV & phone. I'll review that once it's been installed for a while. Overall, other than the glitch with internet speed I have found Customer Service to be very helpful. My email is thru Execulink & I got discounted & they were very helpful in getting it going again.
