Reply to:	Leopard Networks Hi: Let me be frank for all Computer User. This CAP that CRTC is considering at the table. Bell and Rogers what CRTC to impose this and I know why Bell and Rogers would love this as 6o% of Internet users on Bell and Rogers would in fact go over the band width and if the cap is in place many would pay going over the set band width 25 GB and both companies would make lots of money in billing thoes who go over there limit. I say this both Bell and Rogers and other service providers should contact there customers if the wish to pay a little more to cover there usage. I am with Bell and what I did 10 years ago was when setting up my Internet Service with them and I ask the customer service if I was to go over my GB what could do and I was told if you were to pay extra on you service it would cover your over usage so with the Internet cost and a extra 10 dollars added on I got Unlimited usage. I never went over each month. It is always the ones who spoil it for others. For every one to be hurt by this is not fair.Do not have CRTC rule this in favor for Bell and Rogers. This must not happen. I hope their is very SMART People involve with CRTC discussing this. and not have Bell Reps. and Rogers Reps having the last word. This will affect every business and the little guy. To many issues past by CRTC where good ones. So I hope that CRTC makes a good decision in all our lives and not have a CAP. and let Bell and Rogers bill there customers that do go over. and not penalized all Internet Users. I could go on for ever but what may happen is in our favor NO CAP. Lets keep our fingers crossed for a good turn out on this debate . ALL THE BEST TO EVERYONE INVOLVED
