Reply to:	EBOX (ElectronicBox Inc.) I_ve been a customer with them for more than 5 years. The first few were fine but the last two were miserable when it involved moving or signing up with a service. 2019: It involved 4 calls to properly set up the time for moving my address. First call I asked to move on date X. Second call to confirm they told me it was scheduled one MONTH before date X. I tell them this is incorrect and ask them to change it. This happens for 2 (TWO) more times. 2020: Questionable advertising for service availability. I entered my address on website, and it gave me ADSL and Cable service. I call to sign up they say only Cable service is available so I end up choosing Cable. This is questionable accuracy on the website. I hear from friends stating they had difficulty getting 3rd party providers around my new region. I call EBOX to confirm, they said "we can provide service no problem". 2 weeks before the move they call and say they cannot provide service. 2020: I keep receiving invoices from EBOX even though my account has been closed. Had to call to "finalize" the closing of account.
