Reply to:	Unmetered I recently (used loosely) tried to switch my mother from Shaw Communications to Unmetered. I thought everything had gone smoothly, that is, until I cancelled my account with Shaw. Everything went dead. I contacted Unmetered and they were prompt, courteous, and went WAY above and beyond the call of duty. As it turned out, Shaw was not telling wither of us (myself or unmetered staff) the whole story. Long story short, Shaw dropped the ball big time, then lied about it, then jerked us around on top of it all. All the while, Unmetered remained professional. I have reccomended Unmetered to friends and family, and will continue to do so.
