Reply to:	Focus Telecom So far service has been 99.9% reliable. Had one intermittent disconnection issue where the demarc cable was the cause and fixed promptly. Other issues were usually caused by the larger ISP so can_t blame Montreal-DSL. As some of the reviews mentioned, they are actually Teksavvy. They let you know when you call to hook up with them though, but it would be nice if they officially acknowledged it on all their media (including canadianisp/dslreports) in order to avoid possible feeling of confusion and deception. You would be surprised how I felt like backing out as soon as I heard that from the clerk on the phone. Had I learned of this when window shopping on their website it would not be an issue. So ultimately no real complaint, the experience has been positive and I look forward to continue using their service.
