Reply to:	Internet LightSpeed Communications Very bad service. I took a 1 year contract, these were the issues: - first problem was that everything is set up by phone. When there is a problem they tell you what to do over the phone. A waste of time! - when there is a technical issue, they send a technician from Shaw, which can take up to two weeks to get am appointment. The guy from Shaw eventually didn't show up. In stead he called me an told me that those guys from Lightspeed have no clue about the technical aspects of your internet, they just do admin. As a result they gave me a modem/router that is totally outdated and not capable of offering the speed I am paying for. - I had someone call me to then tell me I should buy my own router extra to get the speed... I mean, what the hell am I paying for then??? - lightspeed in the meantime, keeps sending me their bills, while nothing is resolved. Conclusion: a total waste of money!
