Reply to:	Velcom Worst service in my 20 + years of existence. Never dealt with such terrible and unstable internet. In order to get a tech, they needed all these unnecessarily screenshots. wasted so much of my time. The tech no showed twice and showed up once. and said nothing was wrong. Even though the network was intermittent and not to be forgotten I am a network technician myself. Please stay away at all cause. your better off with dial up then this company.. save yourself some money
