Reply to:	Freso I've been a customer for about two years. It is a very reliable phone company, and I would give a 10/10 rating if they had phone support. I have 6 lines for myself and my employees and pay $115 a month. Although I was required to purchase their own SIP phones for about $90 each, but they purchased my old equipment for a good price. One of the nicest things about their SIP desk phones is that they work on Wi-Fi and Ethernet, so you can freely move the phone as soon as there is a power source nearby. Secondly, they provide much better support since they are very familiar with the machine. Pros: Their voice quality and pricing is unbeatable, the bill is always the same, and the online chat staff are amazingly helpful and fast. The no contract policy is also a great to have, but you don't look back anyways. Cons: There is no phone support, and if you don't pay your bill on-time, they don't hesitate to suspend your service. I highly recommend this company, for the quality and the price.
