Reply to:	B1 Communications We recently switched over from an "old school" phone system to this modern VOIP system. Porting numbers took much longer than anticipated, although this can also be contributed to delays from previous service provider (out of b1's control). In spite of some initial challenges, the level of service and expertise from this company is stellar! Although response time could use some improvement, overall we are satisfied and look forward to further improvements and features in time. Voice clarity and quality is great!
