Reply to:	Primus For many month have spoken to several technicians regarding very slow speed between 7-11 pm every evening. They troubleshoot with me and assure me the problem is fixed. The next day, the very same problem again. I'm getting very frustrated and seriously considering another IP. They've sent me replacement routers and modems, but even that hasn't solved the problem.
