Reply to:	GemsTelecom Gemstelecom representatives will say just about anything to get you to sign up with them, and neglect to tell you important information that would have been helpful to know at the beginning! They will tell you that you only have to pay your first payment down and then only pay again on the 20th of next month.. But this is not the case! Apparently this is a per-paid service and you have to pay for your next moth the month before.. so you need to have 2 payments up front! they take your first payment and then a few days later advice you that you now have to pay for the next month! If I knew this I am 100% sure I would have said, thank you, and hung up to check the next provider on my list.. As it is now I am stuck with this horrible company that lies to you from the beginning!! I do not advice you to join this company.. There are loads better out there, so the best advice I can give you is the choose wisely and stay clear from this company!!
