Vonage technical team is hard to get in contact with.. Although they are sympathetic to my plight they are unable to resolve my issue. I am unable to use my Lan phone as the caller cannot hear me while I can hear them. Vonage keeps passing the buck on to the internet provider then to the telephone but the fact is they are unable to resolve the communication issue at their end.
