Reply to:	RingCentral As a small start-up tech company we looked how for phone alternatives for quite a while. We first had a local provider but call quality was not good and seemed they wanted to nickel us for every small option! Thus we switched to Ringcentral after a successful trial. Be aware faxes are not that reliable; not a biggie for us, and true to be told our former provider had similar issues as well. RingCentral seems to have understood the new work environment, packed with features that accommodate distributed teams in offices and home offices and.
