Reply to:	Yak Here is an addendum from my previous post. I made a follow-up call to Yak a few days ago and a very nice Technical Assistance Representative assisted me with my technical concern. I was given a detailed walkthrough as to how to do the complete VOIP router configuration. After a few presses of buttons from my computer/laptop, wholla.....my phone came back to normal. No more issues since then. Audio is clear, got an instant dial tone, caller ID is back, no lag time and etc. I wanted to thank YAK.CA for the help, with my situation. With my current subscription with YAK, I will never go back to BELL. I will likewise suggest YAK to my current peers to use their services. Thanks again YAK ! ! !
