Reply to:	Yak Yak had a major outage on November 10, 2013. It took 3 days to get almost everything back in service. Unfortunately I am one whos line is not back to normal. I have been having problems since the outage. I have intermittant service. Some calls are perfect others are choppy and some I cannot call out or receive calls at all. Yak is blaming Bell internet modem. They are trying to find a solution to the problems. In the mean time I am missing calls reminding me of doctors appointments and calls from the main entrance of my condiminium, let alone calls from relatives and friends! They are trying to find out how to disable the ALG on my/Bells Sagemcom F@st 2864 modem. I hope to get my line back soon because the reviews that I am reading about other VOIP carriers is not good!
