Reply to:	Yak Signed up back in September, they sent me the modem in December but couldn't port the number. They charged for every month for a service that did not exist. There was no number and the modem was never connected. They refused to cancel my service and the customer service was very rude and was laughing at me, eventually asking me to hangup. I contacted my credit card company to get my money back and have now requested in writing to cancel my service. I will be signing up with Fido home phone service.
