The setup is easy and the option to add an additional line or switch your existing phone number is very quick and painless. The customer service staff is always helpful and you can have a phone number for any location you wish, regardless of where you live. I love the convenience of taking my phone with me where my laptop goes without having to sign a contract or endure costly cell phone charges. This service not only eliminated the need for a cell phone but also reduced my home phone bill tremendously. I would recommend YAK above other VOIP providers simply because of their straight forward pricing and their quick and easy set up.
