Reply to:	Yak Setting up home phone service with Yak was relatively easy, and their customer service has always been good. However, I was ultimately unhappy with the quality of their VoIP service. We had the service for less than 2 months, and on several occasions the other end of the call would go silent for a short period and then return. There was also a distracting echo during many calls. I inquired about these issues with tech support, but if they made any changes it did not fix the problems. In addition, Yak's VoIP service did not work with our phone's voicemail message waiting indicator, meaning that we had to rely on email to know when we had a phone message. I was told that nothing could be done about this. We switched to VoIP Much, and the call quality is much better, plus the voicemail indicator works as it should.
