Reply to:	Yak I'm now on month two of home phone service, and I'm very happy! Setting up wasn't too complicated, but I couldn't get it just right. I placed a call to customer service, and while the wait time to talk to a customer service agent was long, the person I (finally) spoke with was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. She was able to pinpoint the source of my issue and resolve it quickly and politely. The quality doesn't seem any different than it did with our previous cable-provider based line (and it's better than the VoIP software that my company has switched all remote employees to). And did I mention the price? My wallet is definitely thanking me for making the switch.
