Reply to:	Yak When I signed up their rep told me the amount would be added to my regular telephone bill and I would be getting a bill from them, so I was never looking for one. I assumed I was paying the charges when I paid my regular phone bill. Then they came after me for $15.00. They had creditors after me and even though I paid the bill as soon as I found out. They locked me out of all long distance. They claimed they never received the payment. But after my bank did an investigation it turned out they had the money but because they gave me a wrong account # it was rejected by them. But still they didn't return the money and my bank had to contact them several times. It took 6 weeks before they finally returned the money. They were unapologetic. Stay away from these guys. They have no respect for their customers.
