Reply to:	Yak The Internet service works very well until now but the Home phone has never worked well since I subscribed the service early in September . The quality of the voice is terrible. I am using a VTech digital phone and tried to use it with and without the handset and the trouble is the same: I can hardly understand what other people are saying and they do not hear what I say. I have done what Yak CSRs say: unplug the ATA for 2 minutes and plug again, reset it, etc. Nothing improves. I had to buy a cell phone again in order to get important messages.
