Reply to:	Yak Just received the Yak material in the mail. Set it up as per the instructions and turned on. Everything stopped working, internet, TV and phone. Called the technical support and explained the situation. He said it was a problem with my internet, said I did not have high speed internet. (Telus Cable is high speed). He said there was nothing he could do and I had to to call Telus to fix the internet. Not even the slightest thought that it may be different issue. Disconnected yak and everything works just fine again. Putting it back in the box and sending it back.
