Reply to:	Yak I've now had 2 experiences with Yak Communications (Globalive Communications) over 2 different products over the course of a few years and both experiences have been extremely negative and unpleasant. Firstly, in both instances, they were not able to provide the services they purported to be able to provide (ie. high-speed internet and VOIP home phone). Secondly and much more disturbing is the atrocious billing and administrative support. After realizing the fact this company would not be able to provide the services I signed up for (dismal speed of high-speed internet and inability to receive phone calls through their VOIP telephone adaptor), dealing with bothe their technical and billing support was a nightmare. I had to spend hours upon hours on the phone with them - when I was actually able to get a hold of someone there - after which i realized I was wasting my time. Personally found their staff were not given the proper level of training (whether technical or billing) to provide a decent service to customers. This was very frustrating. I seriously recommend you stay away from this company or risk wasting endless hours simply to extricate yourself and your money from this business.
