Reply to:	Yak I have tried three times now to change my home phone and internet over to Yak and I now, officially give up. The first time I called on the phone the guy did not sound too informed or interested so I thought I would just call the next day and try again. I did. That was a nightmare. The girl I spoke to was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Then I completed their online form for home phone service three days ago and have not heard from them. Really unbelievable.
