Reply to:	Yak I joined Yak a month ago. On the first couple of days, I noticed I had some issues with outgoing calls. After calling Yak and going back and forth with them and Rogers to do something called port forwarding on my modem, the issue became resolved and my phone has been working great ever since. I also found the customer service to be good. I have had no other issues at all ever since. The price is good, and I get a fully functioning home telephone and I am so far a happy customer. I hope it always keeps up in this way and if so, customers will stay loyal. Thank you Yak.
