Reply to:	GTA Telecom When my family first started with this company around last July we were thrilled with the internet speed and connection. However as the weeks went by the internet started to crash up to 10 times a day and the overall speed was just slower. The tech support was so bad i would call them and they would have me on hold for up to 10.5 hours. An example of this was when earlier this Febuary my internet went out for a week straight and the Rogers technician told us it was the modem so instead of sending us a new modem the day or upcoming days it took them 12 days to give us a new modem and it took them a week to send a technician to fix my internet. Overall i am extremely disappointed because there customer support is god awful and the way they treat and handle customer issues and service is just as bad.
