Reply to:	Carry Telecom My internet service went down on Nov, 16 and it was finally restored on Nov. 21- 5 days which was unacceptable. However, even though it was a very frustrating experience, I was always assisted by the support team, especially Arun, who was very patient and professional. After numerous reset exercises, the problem turned out to be a faulty modem which I suspected because according to the support team and rogers everything seemed to be working fine but the internet was jut not coming through to my home. I felt replacing the modem should been done much earlier because it would have saved everyone's valuable time and energy. I have been with Carrytel for over two years and this has been the first bad experience I have encountered with the company. In the past they have always been reliable with good customer service. Going forward, I hope the worst is behind us.
