Reply to:	XPlorNet Loving in a rural area, we are extremely limited to ISPs. Approximately 5 years ago I subscribed to Xplornet because it was the most cost effective option at the time. It was at best "ok" at the time. At peak times (6pm-midnight), it would slow down so much that even paying bills online would be a 20 minute event. Being unhappy with the service, I then switched to the Bell Turbo hub. After a couple of years of paying through the nose, I contacted Xplornet again. They promised that service was better than it was when I had subscribed before, and it was.... Much better, I was pleasantly surprised! This past fall I kept receiving notices on my newsfeed that there was a new LTE unlimited service, so I called to inquire. Keep in mind, I have searched for the past 10 years service providers that would provide us with unlimited service to no avail. And if course, this service too was not available to us. BUT... They would provide us with unlimited data on our current plan but it would allow down once we reached out 100gb limit. I did it to pay the extra $10/month to slow us down to only the 10mbps. Of course we needed to test this out. It ended up slowing is to 1-2mbps, so clearly, I was not getting my monies worth, again! With one phone call, that was rectified, our service was sped up (forgive me for not knowing ask the proper terminology). After testing our speed, the slowest it gets is 25mbps. I have to say I have been incredibly pleased with my service over the past year and would recommend it to anyone that has limited ISP.
