Reply to:	Phone Power Been using Phone Power for about a year. At the beginning we had some quality issues in around 20% of calls with the voice/sound - some echo, and background noise when using our land-line. Ironically, when we used Phone Power's smartphone app for calling (to the same numbers) we did not had the same issues. By chance we happen to move houses in the middle and with it our Internet carrier provider changed, we went from DSL internet to cable internet et voila no more quality issues. I have recommended it to family but make clear the internet connection has to be good. Was not the speediest connection we got in our older home and that may be a factor - Phone Power support did tried to help us and pointed at internet connection and/or router issues. We are sticking with them as for value there is no comparison.
