Reply to:	Phone Power I've been a customer for a couple of years now and this seems to have the better mix. It's very reasonable priced, the service is very reliable. Their website is one of the best I've seen in the market (better than Vonage, I used to be with them) Last but not least is the support; I'll explain on this one; a while back decided to upgrade our home phones to a new Panasonic DECT set. At the same time it occured like a good idea to have multimedia media center converge with the ATA line in the basement. Seemed like a good idea all in one place; though I started having chopped voice, breaking up and so on. The Technical Support at Phone Power after some troubleshooting and making some questions quickly pointed the issue. I had the ATA too close to other equipment and that was causing interference (or noise as they called it) - well moved the ATA to another location and that did it. No more issues. I haven't had to call them that often but I'm gladly impressed on their level of knowledge and care; they called a couple of days later to follow-up to see if everything was fine, which they wouldn't have to do it since the issue was more or less self-made and not their making. I'll be staying with Phone Power.
