Have been with out internet and telephone service for three weeks. So far I have spent alot of my time and effort on cell phone with Comwave reps. They have run dianostics, I have had to reset, unplug, plug in, power on, power off, without success. Still waiting for their technician to arrive (Thursday March 6th). Have not seen hide nor hair of technician. Friday Comwave said the technician would call to book appointment, guess what no phone call. In meantime Comwave rep implied must be something wrong in home connection, a fee will be charged, asked how much, the rep did not know. Low and behold what do I read in the reviews, issues with Comwave,s equipment. Signed very, very frustrated customer
