Reply to:	Comwave Weve been with Comwave for several years now and received only excellent service. Our main reason for choosing Comwave is that they give the best rate for calling Cuba, my husbands home country, and in addition, the connection is fabuluous! Even when we moved to a new home and had issues with changing our internet provider and it affecting our telephone service, Comwaves technicians worked with me for however long it took (hours, actually!) until they were able to determine the problem and fix it remotely. The cost savings are excellent - at one point an agent offered a better plan that I knew nothing about, resulting in monthly savings for the family, very much appreciated. On a final note, although I have rarely used the access codes, at one point it was crucial that I do so and Comwave personnel were quick to explain and guide me through the process so that I could make my emergency calls quickly. I was recently offered the chance to switch to another VOIP company with comparable rates, but I just can't imagine switching when we've had such excellent service from Comwave, all around.
