Reply to:	Comwave Overall, I am a satisfied Comwave customer. The prices are great and Im generally happy with the service I receive. Ive never had any issues with my home phone service, though I have once experienced an interruption in my cellular long-distance. Unfortunately, I was forced to pay long-distance fees out-of-pocket when Comwaves cellular-long distance service was not working, but I urgently needed to make long-distance phone calls. Comwave would not reimburse me despite the fact that I had to pay the fees because of the fact that its service was not available. I would recommend that Comwave have a better mechanism for dealing with these types of issues and improve their customer service in this regard.
