I got no problems with comwave. first I transferred my phone
no. to ACN, now these people are professional scammers, expensive, hidden fees and staticky phone lines. then transferred no. to YAK, absolutely horrible, very very crappy and unreliable home phone. Then I switched to comwave.
customer sevice explained everything to me on the phone. I used their device for a week with a new phone no. the line was
perfect, tested everything, as if its a bell line from the wall.
so I called them back and they explained to me, to have 6 months free, I had to do 3 year contract. I said no problem, if I have a phone this clear with no issues for $15/month, its a no brainer.
I have 2 phone numbers, since their device has two phone lines, I transferred both numbers, and got 6 months free each.
I went overseas in June, took the device with me, plugged it into the hi speed internet, and used my Toronto phone no. for 4 weeks.
Ive been with comwave for almost two years, works great...
on a negative note: they should hire people who speak better english, and they need to improve their customer support...
