Reply to:	Comwave This is the worst company for service - It is a nightmare to get through to anyone. They put you on hold for ridiculous amt. of time. They are completely inflexible. I pay all my bills on the internet. But comwave has to have it where THEY take the money from your account or credit card. No other way. But they can deduct. an item from my bank account without any notice. A reason why I dont like automatic withdrawal. Well too bad for me. Comwave cancelled my internet and phone in 5 bus. days and WITHOUT NOTIE. Im here waiting all day for an important call not knowing my phone was dead. Used a neighbour's phone, nightmare call with Comwave, gave a credit card (no choice) & service back on within ONE minute. Been with them a long time, have always paid on time, have added services. and this is the way they behave.
