Reply to:	Comwave I have been with Comwave since June 2016. Their voice quality is good and down times are minimal. However, their accounting department is horrible and constantly makes mistakes or omissions. After about 5 calls, and three MONTHS, I finally made a manual payment by credit card, because I kept getting message that I had a late payment. Customer support had initially told me that it was a system problem which cause the missed payment, on their end. Then, the automated emails that I had a missed payment kept on coming every month!!! I just called them last week and they fixed the problem. But now, this month's payment, which is again under their control (auto debit) has not gone through yet! I will be switching companies to a different VoIP provider.
