Reply to:	Comwave I have major issues with this service department. It started November 27/17. Internet is finally set up, but has issues. I got charged $117.39 & was told I would get this back. Every time I get to the point of resolving all my issues I get put on hold to speak to a supervisor. I always get higher than normal call volume & can't get through. I want to cancel my service , I have had enough. But I can't get THROUGH to a SUPERVISOR! THIS IS THE WORSE SERVICE DEPARTMENT I HAVE EVER EXPERIANCED!
