Reply to:	Comwave PLease, read all comments and stay away from this company - I wish I did... Their initial offer seems like a fair deal until you read the fine print and have same experience dealing with them... When you sign they will send you a phone adapter - gues who is paying for shipping - it will cost you about $20. They will also charge you a "deposit" (supposedly refundable after you cancel) of $50. Do you think somebody (technician) will come to install it? - think again. My phone stopped working (after 2 years with Comewave). After hours of hard talking with different technicians(?) it was determined that the adapter is in fault and need to be replaced. They would send it to me for $80 (plus shipping) or "free" if I agree to buy an extended warranty contract ($36 per year). I chose the second option. I was also charged $20 for shipping and had to send back to them my old, defective device (or be charged another $80) and of course pay for the shipment. My original complain to the company was without an answer. Later received email basically stating that "that was a contract I signed, those were paragraphs, etc) I will for sure cancel my relationship with Comwave when my contract expires but after reading some of the comments here I am afraid it will not be pleasant experience either...
