Reply to:	Comwave I have written a pretty damming review of Comwave's customer service and they deserve it. However the technician who handled the job, Diego, was more than polite and patient during the fixing event and, eventually restoring the service. I don't know how much responsibility falls on the man for the failure to communicate with me for 16 days;I put it all on the company's service program.
