I have just been without phone for 17 days, 16 days since I emailed Comwave for service.
After 6 days the tinker with fixing it and when they could not they let me hanging.
After many emails, they promising to contact me within two days and making me wait for nothing, they did not contact me when they promised until I sent this email:"Do Comwave respect its customers and their time so little that it can have me without telephone service for 16 days and, after your email of this morning (my time), keep me waiting all day, today, for someone at your company to contact me, for nothing?
Comwave's behavior, lack of consideration and respect is pathetic.

My TeamViewer ID is: xxx xxx xxx. I will be available from 6:30 am PT until 12 noon PT

IF I HAVE NO SERVICE RESTORED BY TOMORROW AT NOON, I WILL CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION WITH YOUR COMPANY."

That got them to get working and my phone service back.

They have no respect for the customer time. But, let me say this, they use Telus customer service organization.

Look around before you use Comwave.
