Reply to:	Comwave I was told by a Comwave rep that my phoneservice from Shaw would be ported over to them as soon as I hooked up the comwaves modem. I asked specifically if I need to contact shaw and was told "no, comwave does that..." I continued to be billed by shaw and when I contacted comwave they said "no, you have to port your number over yourself." Then after being told it was free for six months I got billed that caused an NSF charge. I would highly, highly NOT RECOMMEND comwave as a phone provider. I was going to move my internet over to comwave also but after this fiasco I will never, ever recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is abysmal with huge wait times and today after over an hour on the phone with them I am no closer to having my issues satisfied.
