Reply to:	Comwave Hi, Never, ever take this company's product for any reason. All your hard earned money will be sucked up this company hidden cost/fine printed contracts which they only know. I subscribed to their voip service on Jun 2011 and the customer service guys said nothing about the 3 Years contract. After 12 months I wanted to move the other service providers, as I am not quite happy with Comwave service. When I called them to cancel my service they told me I am under 3 years contract which I was not aware of. Moreover you are in 3 Years contract only if you have used 6 Months of free voip. But they have charged from day 1 and telling me I was under 3 Year contract. After spending nearly 3 hours on the phone, they decided to give me 6 month free service starting immediately but the 3 Year contract still be there. So I've no option left decided to stay with them. But you wont believe they keep on charging every month and I called them quite number of times to check with them about this 6 months free voip, but it never happened. I just wasted my valuable time. Finally my 3 Years Contract was over on Jun 2014, I ported my number to another provider. Here comes another evil Plan from Comwave, they extended my Contract for another 1 Year without my consent and asking more 256$+ for breaking the newly extended 1 Year Contract. OMG, what a blood sucking company. They did not send any mail/email/phone message about their automatic extension of contract without my consent. I filed BBB complaint against them. If this is not resolved correctly, I am going to take them to court and Media. This company needs to shut down for their bad business practices and need to pay back for all the affected customers.
