Reply to:	Comwave Comwave charged me for over a year for a service they had never set up correctly in the first place. They then fought tooth and nail when I wanted my money back. They owed me over $100 and only ever sent less than $35 (more than 1 year after) and only after numerous phone calls. They are still charging my brother for a service he cancelled over 2 years ago. Their customer service does not even deserve the name. They always tell you that their supervisor has to call back and the nameless/faceless supervisor never does. You then have to call again and start the whole thing over again. I spent 2 hours on the phone once because I refused to hang up until I spoke to the nonexistent supervisor. DO NOT ever use this company. They suck.
