Reply to:	Waterloo Wireless Horrible service. I_m a new customer because I have no choice, and the service has been down for a week. With 2-3 phone calls a day they frequently put you on hold for extended periods, or sometimes hang up completely (and then don_t call back). Or they promise a call back and then never call back (repeatedly). After a week, they finally diagnosed that THEY had a problem with two towers - on a Monday (because the support people looking into the problem didn_t know how to diagnose the problem). Their response? We_ll investigate it on Friday. What kind of ISP thinks it_s OK to wait a full business week before fixing problems, particularly after their clients have already been down for a full week? Almost two week downtime is acceptable? If I had a choice, I_d be somewhere else.
